Yoga for back pain

Movement Inputs for Chronic Back Pain

A practical workshop to understand why back pain patterns persist and how
movement can support long-term change.

Chronic back pain is often not random.

It can develop over time when the body is missing key movement inputs that
support how the spine, hips, and surrounding tissues function under daily load.

This workshop helps you understand those patterns in a simple, practical way.

WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS

This is an educational movement workshop focused on:

  • why back pain often repeats over time
  • how movement patterns influence comfort and stiffness
  • how daily habits affect long-term mobility
  • how the body adapts to load and movement conditions

You will leave with a clearer understanding of your body, not just temporary symptom relief strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

In this workshop, you will:

  • explore how back pain patterns develop
  • learn what movement inputs the body may be missing
  • practice simple, supportive movement awareness
  • understand why stretching alone may not fully resolve patterns

WHO THIS IS FOR

This workshop is for people experiencing:

  • chronic or recurring back pain
  • stiffness or tension in the spine or hips
  • discomfort from sitting, standing, or daily work
  • frustration with repeated symptom cycles

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not a standard fitness or yoga class.

It is a movement education experience focused on understanding why the body adapts the way it does over time, and how movement can shift those patterns.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Cassie Love is a movement educator and author focused on the biological movement inputs the body depends on for circulation, joint health, nervous system signaling, and mechanical support over time.

In other words, she helps people understand the missing movement inputs that keep the body working well, so stiffness and pain don’t keep building over time.
