Most people know that exercise/yoga is good, but what most people don’t know is that there are certain movements we need that are not in our life or most exercise/yoga programs. We need precise movements, I call Essential, because if we do not get them our body starts to break down and we could feel pain, osteoarthritis, or sickness. The thing is about regular exercise/yoga programs, they are kinda shooting in the dark because oftentimes they neglect to address the elephant in the room:

we are organic beings trying to live in an artificial world that is making us sick.

We need to counter the man-made artificial world that makes us age weird causing body pain and diseases. This is why Essential Movements feel so good and start to restore a younger body. Essential Movements are key to take the time to learn about because they maximize your exercise/movement efforts. How do they do all that, what is Cassie talking about ? 

Essential Movements are holistic simple precise body movements that open and maintain power lines to maximize life long health.

Decades of having an active life/ going to the gym and doing yoga. Don’t you want to ensure you’re also investing in your long term wellness. I did, and I watched my body slowly get older and saw little results, it was not until I started actively learning exactly what exercises actually improve our health, did my body totally transform. THIS IS VERY MOTIVATING!

At 44 I feel WAY better than I did when I was 16 because EM works faster and better than any other exercise program. All that to say, I am passionate about trying to help people see the difference.
