Chronic Back Pain
Understand why back pain patterns persist—and discover a different way of supporting your body.
Many people with chronic back pain have tried stretching, strengthening, massage,
or exercise—and still feel like something isn’t adding up.
This workshop explores a different question:
What if your body isn’t simply asking for more effort, but for different movement inputs?
Together we’ll explore how the body adapts over time, why pain patterns can persist,
and practical ways to better support your body in everyday life.
WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS
This is an educational movement workshop focused on:
- why back pain often repeats over time
- how movement patterns influence comfort and stiffness
- how daily habits affect long-term mobility
- how the body adapts to load and movement conditions
You will leave with a clearer understanding of your body, not just temporary symptom relief strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
In this workshop you’ll:
- Understand why back pain patterns often repeat.
- Discover how everyday movement influences the body over time.
- Experience simple movements that help restore access and comfort.
- Learn why some approaches help temporarily while others create longer-lasting change.
- Leave with practical ideas you can begin using right away.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This workshop is for people experiencing:
- chronic or recurring back pain
- stiffness or tension in the spine or hips
- discomfort from sitting, standing, or daily work
- frustration with repeated symptom cycles
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This isn’t a fitness class or a yoga class.
It’s a movement education workshop that helps you better understand how your body responds to movement over time—
so your daily choices begin to make more sense.
About the Teacher
Cassie Love is a movement educator and author who helps people better understand how
the body maintains itself through movement.
Her work brings together biomechanics, movement education, and biological literacy
to help people connect pieces that are often taught separately.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she helps people understand the underlying
movement conditions that support long-term function and resilience.
