Three major problems with modern exercise

My life’s purpose is to share with you how to improve the quality of your life through these practices. Essential Movements (EM) is a practice that goes beyond traditional yoga or exercise and focuses on proper muscle care, alignment, and movement techniques for long-term health improvement. EM helps address pain, prevent surgery, and reduce reliance on medication. Most people fail to differentiate between ineffective movement (simply stretching or pulling at muscles) and purposeful movements that foster healing and health.

The basics of EM will get you on track to seeing how everyday movements can restore youth in your body.

Proper muscle care is a holistic approach involving alignment, mobility, strength, and tension release, which can reduce chronic diseases, pain, and even reverse the effects of conditions like arthritis.

The three major problems with modern exercise and health practices:

  1. human-made environment that causes misalignment most people do not know how to counter
  2. confusion between general alignment and optimal alignment for health
  3. movement deficiency preventing the body from properly delivering nutrients.

    These deficiencies can be countered by applying EM, which supports the body’s natural healing mechanisms and reduces the impact of modern lifestyle-induced diseases.

It is important to understand the difference between moving our body “dragging” muscles and practicing EM. The principles of EM are not widely understood but can restore youthful vitality and health when applied correctly.
