When I broke bones in my spine I ended up teaching yoga for a year with unhealed broken bones in my back. A year of teaching and doing yoga, the broken bones never healed. You can imagine how horrible the pain was!?! Doctors kept telling me the pain was old age, at 35! It was not until a chiropractor finally x rayed my back that I learned there were broken bones in my lower back. 

I learned YOGA WAS NOT HELPING ME HEAL. Second of all, when I started doing Essential Movements and restorative exercises, my back started healing RIGHT AWAY. Not only did my back completely heal, but the 28 years of chronic back pain completely stopped, I no longer have back pain. This is when I was disillusioned about yoga and regular exercise programs. I had been doing exercise my whole life and it never helped me with my pain and only made it worse!

This is why I teach: Proper muscle care which is part of Essential Movements (EM).

Eating real food and exercising is good, but if the delivery system inside your body is not working your body will miss out. If you have body pain or discomfort that is a clear message you need this stuff! Foot pain, knee pain, loss of bathroom muscles, and autoimmune diseases like arthritis can all be addressed with proper muscle care.

PROBLEM: it is not regular exercise & is majorly misunderstood.

We must go out of our way to learn EM, but it is worth it!

The reason I am writing my book is because: the majority of people cannot tell the difference between proper muscle care and pulling at body parts. 

I struggled with this for years. My back pain and health deteriorated as I exercised because I was unable to see it. Little did I know that there is a BIG difference between moving and actually making long lasting changes to invest in your health. 

Distinguishing the difference is key to transforming your body and health. THIS IS WHAT I TEACH. This is WHY people who work with me have body transformations, it works and is faster.

It is hard to convince people that something so small as your ‘feet facing forward’ in a squat you gain tons of benefits such as: improving your health, reducing risks of diseases, creating long term knee health, reducing pain in your feet, knees, hips and back, strengthening your pelvic floor, avoiding incontinence, healing incontinence and improving your reproductive organs. Because most types of squats look identical. AND THEY ARE NOT!

Most people know how to care for a house plant, plants need water and sun, but we have never been taught how to care for our muscles. Our bodies may hurt if we don’t care for them the way our muscles need.
