Your body wants to feel younger and more alive! You can restore a youthful body with less effort and less time with Essential Body Movements. I encourage walking, squatting and hanging as a regular daily routine because these movements pull the 3 substances around the body to ‘feed’ the cells deeper in the body. Our bodies get old when we deny it oxygen, water, and space to recharge. Our cells need the same thing, daily oxygen, hydration, and rest to recharge. Our cells can only get ‘fed’ through our movement. Important daily movement’s are easy to take for granted. Most people never squat or hang, which means a large part of your body is never getting ‘fed’. Squatting, walking and hanging are ‘Primary Movements’ to maintain and create a younger version of yourself! Basically, if you do not do these movements your body will age fast and probably feel old. All that to say, how we move today adds up to a healthy vibrant body, or an old achy person. I mean you would be a big grump if you never drank water or were denied oxygen, so it makes sense that our bodies feel achy and grumpy!
My main message: We need Essential body movements or we get sick. Em is precise movements are not common knowledge or in regular exercise programs like Yoga. We must go out of our way to learn them… BUT it is worth it!
