Vibrant Life: Hatha Yoga
An active, all-levels class focused on strength, mobility, coordination, and breath.
This class involves standing and floor-based movement, getting up and down from the floor, and building resilient movement patterns without strain.
Yin Yoga
A slow, floor-based practice focused on joint hydration, tissue health, and nervous system regulation.
This class prioritizes comfort, adaptability, and long-term joint health rather than stretching for sensation. Essential Movement principles are integrated to support sustainable movement and recovery over time.
How this work is taught
Classes emphasize:
long-term joint health
movement access
nervous system safety
learning how to work with the body, not override it
This is educational, not performance-based yoga.

On-site support for Yoga series
To run this 6 week series with care and sustainability, each class night requires one on-site helper for setup and pack-up.
This role includes:
-
arriving early to help unload and set up yoga props
-
staying briefly after class to pack up and load equipment
-
handling bins with bolsters and props (light to moderate lifting involved)
Because safety and care matter, helpers need to be:
-
reliable and able to commit to the full 6-week series
-
comfortable with light–moderate lifting
-
attentive with equipment and instructions
In exchange, helpers receive the class they support at no cost.
If someone supports both classes on the same evening, they’re welcome to attend both.
If this role feels aligned for you — or if you know someone dependable who may be a good fit — please contact me directly so we can confirm details.
Casual or drop-in help isn’t suitable for this role, as consistency and safety are essential.
Thank you for supporting a model that prioritizes care, clarity, and sustainability.
Fun Yoga Etiquette
A few quick things to keep in mind:
- Arrive a bit early so you can get settled and ready. We start promptly and it’s a great chance to grab your props and get comfy on your mat.
- Dress comfy for those stretches, and please skip the perfumes and strong scents. We’ll be diving into breathwork, and we want everyone to stay allergy-free and blissed out.
- All level classes— I’m all about safety and comfort, so nothing here will put you at risk. Just listen to your body and skip any moves that feel off.
- Silence your cell phones.
A Note on Space & Support
In our yoga community, we hold space for each other. This space can be sacred—some come to heal from grief, illness, or mental health challenges, while others come to move, connect, or simply have fun.
As your teacher, I, Cassie Love, may offer gentle hands-on support to help you feel more comfortable in poses. I ask for consent before touching, and you’re welcome to say no—verbally, by shaking your head, or gently pulling away. I won’t take it personally.
Thank you for helping create this community. It’s truly an honor to be here with you.

About Cassie Love
Cassie Love is the originator of Essential Movements, a biology‑first educational framework that explains how the human body maintains joint health, resilience, and coordination over time.
Her work is grounded in biomechanics and human movement science, with a focus on restoring movement access that modern life gradually removes — even in people who exercise regularly. Cassie’s approach emphasizes long‑term joint access, circulation, and sustainable movement rather than performance or aesthetics.
Cassie has an Honours BA from the University of Ottawa and more than a decade of professional teaching experience in yoga and movement education. She is a former lead yoga teacher trainer and has completed extensive post‑graduate study in restorative exercise and biomechanics.
After years of personal injury and disillusionment with conventional exercise models, Cassie devoted her work to understanding what movements the body actually requires to stay healthy across the lifespan. That inquiry led to the development of Essential Movements as a distinct educational framework.
Today, Cassie teaches internationally and writes on movement, joint health, and biological resilience. Her work integrates seamlessly into yoga, strength training, walking, and daily life, and is relevant at any age.
Cassie values clarity, integrity, and independence of thought. She is selective about how and where her work is taught to protect its accuracy and intent.
