Cassie Love is a Restorative Exercise Specialist (RES) and an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and was a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®). She is educated not only in yoga but also in biomechanics, psychology, restorative movements, alignment, meditation, Thai massage, and stress reduction. She has an Honors BA from the University of Ottawa. Cassie has practiced yoga personally since the late 80’s and taught yoga professionally since 2011. Cassie has a lot of experience working with the public in Ottawa including group classes in yoga studios, gyms, community centres, one-on-one private sessions, and Yoga teacher trainings. She is an excellent choice to assist you with recovering from an injury, maintaining wellness, and defining a sustainable long-term personalized practice.
