Introducing Essential Movements with Cassie Love
Introducing essential movements anyone can do to improve their health and reduce stress. One of the best outcomes of my work is the discovery that essential movements improve our health but also reduce pain naturally! Module 1 – Reduce Pain Signal
In this module we begin to cover Essential Movements that can reduce the pain signal. Learn how to move to reduce pain and what may make the pain worse. When the body is resting and moving out of alignment the pain signal can be amplified.

Module 2 – How to regulate your nervous system pain messages
The nervous system determines the level of pain, as well as how, when, and where we will feel it in our body.

Module 3 – Breathing and Releasing Psoas muscle
Exploring how stress effects muscles and breathing pulling us into more pain. Learn how to breath better and release your Psoas muscle.

Module 4 – Pelvic/hip care & reducing pain
Our Pelvic is in charge of how our whole body functions and feels. Caring for our pelvis reduces our body from storing more pain.

Module 5 – Balance & Walking
Balance & Walking are key factors in feeling better today and in the long run. We need to balance proper rest with Essential Movements to work towards getting grounded to allow more joy into our life.
