Ready to feel amazing and look great? Meet Cassie Love, your new favourite Essential Movement expert and yoga teacher! Cassie knows how to make your body move in ways that can reduce pain, help you recover from injuries, and make you feel younger and more energetic. She’s like a magic wand for your body!
Cassie has been on her health journey since the late 80s and has been teaching yoga professionally since 2011. She’s an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and used to be a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®). But wait, there’s more! Cassie got certified as
Nutritious Movement™ certified Restorative Exercise Specialist.
Cassie Love learned from the amazing Katy Bowman, one of the worlds best experts on how our bodies move, and completed a two-year training program with Katy Bowman
Cassie has a lot of knowledge not just in yoga, but also in biomechanics, psychology, and how to make you feel good all over. She’s got an Honors BA from the University of Ottawa and has worked with people in yoga studios, gyms, retirement homes, community centers, online and private sessions. Whether you need help bouncing back from an injury, staying healthy, or creating a fun and lasting exercise practice, Cassie is here for you.
