About Course

Transform Your Yoga Teaching with Anatomy, Biomechanics & Essential Movements (continuing education)
Learn the micro-movements your body craves, restore nervous system flow, reduce pain, and help your students feel younger from the inside out.

Maybe you’ve already completed my 6-hour Yin Yoga, Anatomy & Biomechanics course—or maybe you’re just curious to see what I’m all about. Either way, I’m so glad you’re here!

In this course, I’ll show you:

  • Essential micro-movements your body actually needs

  • How to cue poses for cellular-level healing

  • How to restore youth, health, and mobility

  • How to teach with confidence so students return for more

This isn’t just “feel-good” yoga—it’s the missing blueprint for safe, effective, transformative practice.

Most yoga trainings say if it feels good, it must be good. But that’s not always true. In my courses, I show you the essential micro-movements the body actually craves—tiny adjustments that restore nervous system flow, reduce pain at the root, and regenerate the joints.

In this training, we’ll focus on misunderstood poses, trauma stored in the body, and the healing cues that create long-lasting change. The cue itself becomes the therapy—working at a cellular level to restore youth, health, and mobility.

What I teach is different. Most anatomy experts don’t cover the alignment points for optimum health, or how to cue the joints back to life. I had to discover this while healing my own body—and now I’m passing it on to you.

What You’ll Learn Section

Master Misunderstood Poses and Essential Movements

  • Bridge & Spinal Twist: Perform these correctly to release tight hips, improve digestion, reduce pain, and support long-term mobility.

  • Pelvic Alignment: Keep your pelvis neutral in yoga and daily life to prevent pain and protect your joints.

  • Walking with Your Leg Behind Your Pelvis: Strengthen your pelvic floor, prevent back/hip/knee pain, and build healthy muscle memory.

  • Mechanotransduction & Micro Movements: Learn how “cell squashes” from movement bring oxygen, energy, and regeneration to every tissue.

  • Trauma & the Body: Discover how trauma can get stored in muscles like the psoas and neck, and how to release it safely.

Why This Training is Different

Most anatomy or yoga trainings focus on “if it feels good, it must be good”—but that isn’t enough.

Here’s what makes my course unique:

  • Learn some alignment points most anatomy teachers miss

  • Cue joints back to life at a cellular level

  • Techniques are born from my own journey of healing from the inside out

Result: You’ll become the teacher other teachers trust, your students will feel lasting change, and your classes will stand out.

I took the 6 hour training with Cassie which I highly recommend. I really loved this short training too. Cassie is an Ocean of information. This training answered a lot of my questions, of how to apply pain reduction alignment to poses and my practice. I love the funny photos and jokes, this training was so easy to understand and will give me a lot to do and unpack. I can feel the difference already in my hip flexors! This is a fast train that works. Thank you Cassie!
