People fall all the time. What is important as we age is to work to minimize both the likelihood of falling and the impact a fall has on our body. Cassie Love’s program incorporates Essential Movements with restorative exercises that are designed to do both. Join in this light hearted course and counter the potentially devastating effects a fall can have.

This is short but very good stuff. After taking balance courses at the YMCA, in yoga and at community centres I never really got better at balance. I am so glad to have met Cassie and heard of her course. I can now see exactly what I was doing that did not help me get better and I am getting stronger and more stable with Cassie's explanations and teachings. After taking this course my pain has gone down in my body. a very nice outcome. Thank you.
