This course teaches you the exact lifestyle changes and exercises that can address root issues linked to pelvic health. By making the suggested changes, you can improve your overall health, pelvic health, and hopefully avoid medical intervention.
Our pelvis is considered the foundation that supports our whole body’s ability to maintain health. Pelvic health is related to our bathroom muscles, sex muscles, and being able to hold up our organs. Warning signs of issues can be embarrassing and it can be confusing determining how to address them. Signs of an issue can be: pain in area, pelvic floor disorder, weak pelvic floor, sneeze pee, incontinence, urinary issues, painful periods, and organ prolapse.
